COVID Tyrants Don't Deserve Amnesty; They Deserve Indignation

The COVID tyrants have jumped over acknowledgment of all the damage they caused to advocate for amnesty.

The option to forgive is for me but amnesty only benefits you. I say, f**k your amnesty. You deserve no such thing.

I cannot explain how infuriated I was when I heard the concept of providing some form of social amnesty for the people who have been socially terrorizing detractors who were asking logical questions and gleefully laughed when one of them died.

These are the people who claimed to want to save our society by inflicting pain on us economically for an indefinite timeframe. When we asked if we could go back to work, they called us selfish for daring to want to pay our bills and not wait for a $600 government check.

These are the so-called moral warriors that brought back segregation via mandate and would call the police on you if you violated an arbitrary edict. They're the same people who smiled from ear to ear while watching cops drag people out of restaurants for not wearing a mask.

I'm supposed to socially pardon the people who used the might of corporate America to force my wife to get injected or else lose her job? I'm supposed to turn a blind eye to how they leveraged my family's economics against my wife's health decisions?

They're the same people who saw nothing wrong with Los Angeles' Mayor, Eric Garcetti, turning off people's water & electricity if they had more than the allotted number of people in their homes.

They have no idea how much anguish people went through socially for questioning the decisions being made for something that we've never experienced before. I've personally lost friends because I asked questions about the effectiveness of masks & the validity of lockdowns.

Parents were called domestic terrorists and child killers for fighting with their school boards to remove the masks off their children. When parents warned of potential learning delays, they were mocked and ridiculed as being ring-wing over-reactionaries.

The same way they labeled our jobs as being non-essential, they labeled their fellow citizen as being non-essential. Our thoughts & concerns didn't matter to them, they weren't essential to the conversation at hand.

This pandemic also showed there was a clear class divide & the managerial class showed their colors as to how much they despised the people who can't work from home on a laptop to “slow the spread”. Yet even they deserve amnesty?

They say that pressure builds diamonds but the incessant pressure to get vaccinated built turmoil. Should the people who pressured pregnant women to get vaccinated also receive amnesty despite the miscarriages caused?

Should the people who fear-mongered a loved one of mine to get the second booster also get amnesty after he died two weeks later fighting a blood clot near his heart?

We were gas-lit, demonized, arrested, forced into unemployment, vaccine injured, and killed at the same time they were saying we are all in this together. They behaved like bulldozers who didn't care what was in their path, as long as they reached their destination.

The problem was that we, the dissidents, were in their path and they didn't care. So, why should I care to give these people amnesty? Hell, why should I give them forgiveness? I am rightfully angry for how much they disrupted my life and the lives of people I love.

Normally, I would say that forgiveness is the best strategy & you should let things go to move forward but this is the rare moment that I don't want to forgive. I want to continue to keep my resentment against these people because once you see a tyrant, you shouldn't unsee them.

Once you see what they're capable of, you should always remember in case they attempt to do it again. To the tyrants holding elected positions, we should remember who they are so we can vote them all out as soon as possible, regardless of party affiliation.

For every celebrity who tried shaming us for wanting bodily autonomy, we shouldn't patronize their work anymore.

For every member of the media who called us granny killers & guilted us to getting jabbed while being sponsored by Pfizer, we shouldn't listen to them anymore.

I never want to forget or forgive; I want my anger to fester and I see no reason these people should be let off the hook just because they let their fear or need for social control run amok into tyranny.

The only thing these tyrants deserve is righteous indignation from the American populous aimed directly at them indefinitely. They became drunk with power, and ruined lives but now that they're sober they want leniency from us?

Nah, forget that. No leniency. F**k your amnesty.
